SymVolli's functionality has been expanded to give greater coverage of the sales process whilst still maintaining its revolutionary approach in managing and monitoring it, to deliver a pipeline that has credibility and leads to accurate and consistent sales forecasts.
The new features include:
- Seamless integration with dotMailer, one of the leading e-marketing campaign management systems
- Integration with Microsoft Outlook so that all email activity can be carried out from within SymVolli
- ‘Click to Dial’ so that any number can automatically be called from SymVolli
- A process builder incorporating the ability to set up the criteria to monitor the progress through the process, the definition and management of the information that needs to be collected, including any documents that are to be uploaded whether it is for marketing, pre-sales, post-sales, or customer support
- A formula attribute so that two or more numeric attributes can be used in a formula to calculate the result for the formula attribute
- Generating a Knowledgebase without having to maintain a separate database
