SymVolli has always worked with Microsoft Exchange and it now gives you the same capabilities using Gmail. You now have the choice.

The SymVolli journal apart from tracking notes, documents and time sheet entries now also includes tracking of all history as you achieve key milestones within each of the sales opportunities, customer service cases, marketing campaigns, etc. giving you access to ALL the history in one window.
Generating Reports On The Run
Qualify a sales opportunity/customer service case and at the same time automatically generate relevant reports such as account plans, sales progress reports, ticket resolutions, compliance management reports etc. without having to leave that screen.
Adding New Records Wherever You Are
Use Quick Add from ALL major screens to add not just names and addresses but also record opportunities, customer service tickets, HR compliance etc. all in one go. In one seamless activity, three records are added to the system in the time it takes to enter one.
Seeing the Whole picture
All client information is available at your fingertips. When talking to a customer you can discuss what is being offered and at the same time view the various critical milestones that have to be covered with the customer, e.g. for sales - credit check, signed contract received, initial deposit received, etc.; for help desk ; initial investigation carried out, passed to development, waiting on information from customer, etc.
